Chateau Cellars was born from a passion for drinking and collecting the finest wines in the world. Our Clubs are designed to please everyone from the beginner, the everyday drinker and to the most serious collectors. We actively pursue the world’s most desirable (but not always the most expensive) wines, and we leverage our collective buying power to drive down pricing through established relationships.

This is a great option for collectors that want to have sommelier-selected wines to drink on a regular basis. Whether you’re looking to expand you’re palate, build your cellar, or to simply hit the “easy button” on selecting your wines, the Village Club is an excellent place to start!

FAQs

What is the cancellation policy for the wine club?

Our wine club memberships may be canceled with a 30-day notice at anytime by using our online contact form on our Contact page or by mailing us a letter to C/O Wine Club Manager to 14821 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. The wine club member is responsible for putting the cancellation notice in writing. Paid monthly wine club payments will not be refunded as a 30-day cancellation notice is required.

Is local pickup an option for the wine club if you live in the Tampa area?
Definitely. A person 21 years or older must be present at pickup to sign for wine club selections. The advantage of using our local pickup option is saving money on the shipping. For storage customers, we also have an option to move your wine directly into your storage unit / area.
What if I move and forget to update my address?
The wine club member should keep account information updated with Chateau Cellars, including credit card information, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. Chateau Cellars is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to a customer oversight.
Does being a member of the wine club qualify you for a discount on wine storage and/or events?
Wine club members receive a 10% discount on professional wine storage at our facility in Tampa, Florida. Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members. Benefits are not transferable, and the club member must be present to use any club benefits, such as storage or complimentary tastings at West Palm Wines. Monthly payment must be received on time to continue to enjoy an active club membership and associated wine club benefits.
