« Les Boucherottes » vineyard lies at the southern end of the commune, partially bordering Pommard. It is superbly situated just below « Les Chouacheux » and « Vignes Franches » and between « Clos des Mouches » and « Les Epenottes » on the lower portion of the slope. « Boucherottes » covers slightly 21 acres. In « Boucherottes », the deep clay soil adds a lush quality to the wine.Winemaking
The grapes, characterized by very dark berries, are destemmed and vinified in open vats for about 4 weeks, thus fully revealing all the subtlety of this terroir.Ageing
