Complex and elegant nose showing smooth, focused red berry fruits with floral and spicy notes in the background. The palate is very elegant with good concentration and silky structure under the really pure red fruits. Long and very fresh finish.Winemaking
Careful hand sorting, gentle de-stemming, then transferred to small, open-top tanks. Very long first pump-over (4 hours). The fermentation started with native yeast and controlled temperature. Very gentle pump-overs 3 times per day. At the last third of fermentation the wine was racked into used 750 liter (40%) and 225 liter (60%) French oak barrels.
